Big Island Hawaii 70% Dark Chocolate

2018 Good Food Award Winner!

I met Susan Bassett, owner of Mauna Kea Cacao, while judging raw beans at the Big Island Chocolate Festival in Hawaii. She produced some of the highest scoring cacao. After visiting her farm I ordered enough beans to make one batch that turned out wonderful so we submitted it to the Good Food Awards. In January 2018 we were awarded with a Good Food Award and started working on another batch of chocolate. Here's to continuing our partnership with Mauna Kea Cacao! Please enjoy this single estate, grown in America, 70% dark chocolate.

Visited the Findlay Mkt store. Always smells delicious when we walk in. Try the hot chocolate - it is just like being in Europe!!! All the choclate is really good & there are samples!!!

Highly recommend!

Thrilled to locate a company that uses this Hawaiian cacao. I first discovered it at a chocolate festival in Denver. The quality of the dark chocolate is excellent and exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with the fast shipping and careful packaging that included a cold pack so the chocolate wouldn't melt. Will definitely buy more soon.
