Our new and improved Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate is ready!
It is now a 75% dark chocolate sweetened with a Monk Fruit and Erythritol blend. Monk Fruit is very sweet so by adding a little to the recipe we could increase the chocolate and lower the erythritol while maintaining a similar sweetness level compared to our first version.
Four simple ingredients: Organic cocoa beans, Erythritol, organic cocoa butter, and Monk Fruit make up this 75% dark chocolate with 0 g of added sugar!
