We have made a few 80% bars over the years but our favorite has been working with the folks at Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania. Kokoa Kamili works with 3000 smallholder farms and pays a premium directly to the farmers for their fresh cacao. Good for the farmers and good for the chocolate!

Ingredients: Organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter. 

Allergy Information: Manufactured in a facility that also processes: Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Peanuts, Almonds, Coconut, and Hazelnuts. Soy free. Vegan.

Very good - almost on par with the Vietnam Dark Chocolate. Not quite as smooth.

The Best Chocolate I have Ever Eaten

I got a milk chocolate car as a present and it is the BEST milk chocolate I have ever eaten. The texture is amazing but the taste is out of this world. The Tanzania dark chocolate is not my favorite of theirs but it is still mouth-wateringly good. Their other dark chocolates are to die for.
