Cacao has been grown in Fiji for 140 years but if has only recently been recognized for its quality. Back in 2014, Arif Khan realized the world was ready to appreciate Fijian cacao so he developed the farms and co-ops. Now we have the opportunity to support smallholder farmers in Fiji and share in the joy that is Fijian chocolate!
We were able to source one bag of cacao from Fiji to make 400 bars so try it while it's in stock! We made this batch into a 76% dark chocolate. I think you'll enjoy it!
